Minimum Required Grade Point Average: 2.0
Financial Need: Yes
Post Secondary Type of School: 4 year university, community college or vocational college
Specific Requirements for Applying: ecipient must be a relative of an active duty Marine, or a Marine Corps Reservist, or a former Marine honorably discharged fro the Corps, or a present or former U.S. Navy Corpsman who served honorably with Marine FMF Units in excess of 90 days. Order of priority for relative criterion is 1) father/mother 2) brother/sister, 3) grandfather/grandmother, and 4) uncle/aunt.
Attendance Requirement: Full or Part-Time students with a minimum 9 units

Additional Qualifications: Relative’s Marine Corps Service shall be established from a copy of relative’s Honorable Discharge Certificate, or copy of Form DD-214, or other official correspondence/record. Verification of relative’s honorable Marine Corp service must be uploaded. All applicants for the Marine Corps League Scholarship must submit a brief written description of their relationship to their qualifying Marine Corps or FMF Corpsman relative in the Additional Information part of the application.
