General Information
Applications for the 2024 scholarships will open on November 27, 2023 and end on January 26, 2024.
(NOTE: The application deadline for 2024 scholarships has been extended to January 29, 2024)
In 2023, we awarded 192 scholarships totaling over $300,000 to Elk Grove area students.
The scholarships that are generated and managed through the Elk Grove Regional Scholarship Foundation vary considerably in both amounts of award and criteria.
The criteria are determined by the individual or group that establishes the scholarship. For instance, community involvement may be a criterion for some EGRSF scholarships, but not for others. Some are intended for students who enroll in four-year colleges; some are for students who plan to attend vocational schools.
The EGRSF offers scholarships for individuals pursuing various careers including agriculture, nursing, education, auto mechanics, politics, and the arts, to name a few.
Only apply for scholarships that you qualify for.
Please fill out the application COMPLETELY and attach any information that is required. Incomplete applications will NOT be eligible.
Requirements & Tips for filling out your scholarship applications:

- All applications must be completed and submitted online.
- Must be at least a high school senior to apply.
- Please allow a minimum of one (1) hour to complete your first application.
