Scholarship Owner: Bob and Stephanie Wells
Bob Wells is a graduate of UC Davis and spent his career in education leadership, including 14 years as Executive Director of the Association of CA School Administrators. Stephanie attended Elk Grove HS and is a graduate of CSU Sacramento, and spent her career in Human Resources management with the Association of CA School Administrators (she is now medically retired). Both are long-time residents of Elk Grove.
