Additional Qualifications: The recipient of this scholarship is selected by Franklin Elementary School when the student completes 6th grade. The scholarship is given when the student graduates from high school. Applicant should be an all around good student. NO APPLICATION IS NEEDED. Must be claimed within 5 years of graduation.
