Scholarship owner: Seth Thomas
Seth Thomas Smith was violently taken from his family on June 15, 2020 in Berkeley. He graduated from Cosumnes Oaks High School and was a third year UC Berkeley student studying History and Economics. His friends say that Seth was EVERYONE’s brother. He was a kind, generous, giving, and beautiful soul.
